We welcome groups of any size to the Roman Heritage Centre and offer an extensive range of options for you to choose from, which include; guided walks, talks on
Roman Mancetter and ‘The battle of Watling Street and of course a visit to our
Heritage Centre which houses an extensive display of information boards, and artefacts.
These evaluate how the terrain and documentation offer credible support to the theory and fascinating story of Boudica’s last battle against the invading Romans, which many prominent historians believe took place between Mancetter and Hartshill.
We will always try arrange your visit to suit your time schedule, and if you have a particular focus or interest on the Romans, please ask, if we can, we will do it!
We kindly ask group visits, tour and talks to be paid prior to your trip, bookings for Saturdays will depend on staff availability
